Join us to ride for a cure! Rideout 4 ALS!
Chester 'Chet' Rideout, an avid biker and resident of East Stroudsburg, was recently diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), a debilitating neurological disease for which there is no cure. Treatments are also extremely limited. Chet lives with his wife Lynn Rideout in East Stroudsburg and thanks to his eTrike, is still able to get out and ride. We hope to have him join us on the roads in May.
If you're able to join us on the ride, we're accepting registrations for the ride at:
If you are unable to join to ride for whatever reason, we urge you to donate right here! Any amount will help and we're hoping to be just one cog in the process of finding a cure - or even effective treatments for this disease.
We have partnered with the ALS Association of Greater Philadelphia to raise money for research to find a cure. All proceeds will go to the ALS Association from bike registry fees as well as crowdfunding available right here!
More information about this event can be found on our website:
But don't leave before you've added your donation to this amazing cause! And do join us if you're able - for a wonderful day celebrating the difference that each of us can make in the lives of those currently suffering and those who will face this in the future.
